At Red Dress, we want you to love every piece you order, but we understand that sometimes a fit isn't perfect. We offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items to ensure you shop with complete confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
